It often is crap even if your connection rocks... plus the BBC don't help by being about the only people in the world who insist on using Real Media for all of their video content. Bunch of arse. Yeah, the BBC using Real is a bit pants, it never plays properly. I suppose I should be grateful they're not using Windows Media though, as that doesn't play brilliantly on Macs either, and there's a good chance that we won't be able to play it at all if the iPod vs Zune thing gets out of hand :(
